Refunds, Damages, and Returns

Returns/Refunds Policy:
Orders canceled within 24 hours of scheduled delivery will receive a full refund.  It is your responsibility to contact Blue Bin Rental as soon as possible via phone or email.

Orders canceled less that 24 hours of scheduled delivery are subject to a $10 cancellation fee.

Un-returned or Damaged Rental Equipment
Rented items that are not returned or are damaged are subject to a fee that will be billed to the credit card on file. Bins $25 each, Dollies $75 each, and Wardrobe boxes $40 each.

Several types of goods are exempt from refund or returns. We will not accept returned salable items which have been opened or where products or portions of packaged or bundled products have been used. This includes, but is not limited to: Mattress Bags, Recycled Packing Paper, Bubble Wrap, Removable Labels, Sharpie Markers, and/or Zip Ties. Salable items must be returned within the 24 hour cancellation window, and shall not be opened or damaged in order to incur a refund.

To complete your return and refund, we require a receipt, proof of purchase, or your order number.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of any and all refunds.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info [at] bluebinrental.com. Please be sure to reference the order or invoice number for your purchase when inquiring about a refund.
